After normal business hours a message will prompt you to leave your name and contact phone number. Our on-call veterinarian will contact you as soon as possible between the hours of 9am and 9pm. It is important that you remain off your phone line until our veterinarian is able to contact you. If an on-call doctor is not available, you will be prompted to call an emergency facility.
